Kristin + Kevin had nothing short of a blast their entire wedding day!
They didn't stop laughing or crying-- their family + friends were rowdy and so loving-- I was laughing and crying behind the lens. Kristin + her dad have the strongest father/daughter bonds and dance moves I've ever seen.
And don't even get me started on the landscape.
Not only that, they incorporated elements inspired by New Mexico: an adobe cake, succulent centerpieces, vintage turquoise jewelry and a mariachi band.
To say this was a dream wedding of mine is an understatement.
When Kristin first contacted me about her wedding, I couldn't contain myself.
Her and her fiancé had chosen to be married at Ghost Ranch
in Northern New Mexico-- one of the most magical landscapes in existence.
Capturing the landscape was a photographic priority for them, so after getting ready + a first look at the Abiquiu Inn-- we set aside a couple hours prior to the ceremony
to photograph just the two of them around the ranch.
It was amazing to have so much time to explore the land + light with them.
Special thanks to the wonderfully talented Kevin McIntyre for being my shooting partner that day! I hope we have more epic projects in the future!
